Terms of service
Last updated November 4, 2026
PayoutPress is a service provided by UpClicks LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and UpClicks LLC for using PayoutPress. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PayoutPress for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information, including a working email address. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
2. Subscription and billing
PayoutPress is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our site when you subscribe. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices do not include any sales tax or VAT that applies to you.
If a renewal payment fails, your account becomes past due. You can keep generating for 7 days while Stripe retries the payment; after that, new articles are paused until the payment goes through. If every retry fails, the subscription is canceled. Nothing you have written is deleted.
We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal after we have told you about it by email at least 30 days ahead.
3. Words
Each subscription month includes the generated words of your plan (25,000 on Starter, 250,000 on Pro, 500,000 on Scale, or the amount agreed for Enterprise), whether you pay monthly or annually. Moving to a bigger plan adds the difference to your current month straight away; moving to a smaller plan takes effect when the billing period you have already paid for ends. Unused words do not carry over to the next month and have no cash value. Starting an article sets aside the top of its chosen length; you are charged the words it actually wrote, never more than that, and anything set aside but not used is returned to your balance. An article that fails to generate is not charged.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation and refunds are covered on our refunds and cancellation page, which is part of these terms.
5. Your content
You own what you put into PayoutPress (product details, links, notes, keywords, and instructions) and the articles it produces for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers that write the drafts.
Drafts are produced by AI models and can contain mistakes, out-of-date details, or claims a product page did not support. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish, for the accuracy of your claims, and for following the laws and rules that apply to you, including advertising and endorsement rules on disclosing affiliate relationships and the terms of each affiliate program you belong to. Similar inputs can produce similar text for other users; we do not promise that any draft is unique.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use PayoutPress to:
- create anything illegal, defamatory, or deceptive, including fake reviews or claims to have personally tested a product you have not;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- send spam or build pages meant to mislead search engines or readers;
- break, overload, probe, or work around the service's limits, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide;
- resell or share access to your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Other services
Some features connect to services we do not run, such as your WordPress site. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. When you connect a WordPress site, we store its application password encrypted and use it only to send the drafts you choose.
8. Changes and availability
We work to keep PayoutPress available and to improve it, which means features and templates can change. We may pause generation briefly, for example during an AI provider outage. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your articles, and refund any unused part of an annual subscription.
9. Ending this agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 13 continue after the agreement ends.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise any particular traffic, ranking, commission, or revenue from content you publish.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, UpClicks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover UpClicks LLC against claims arising from the content you publish or from your breaking these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected], or use our contact form.
